OSHKOSH  – In a new “Just The Truth” column on his Wisfacts website today, U.S. Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) debunked the Democrats’ false claims about his record on China.

“The first step in solving any problem is admitting you have one. Then you have to properly diagnose the root cause to be able to address it,” wrote Senator Johnson. “Unfortunately, politicians in both parties have used China’s trade abuses to demagogue against their political opponents without enacting effective solutions.”

In the post, Senator Johnson discusses his vote against the “China Bill,” Joe Biden’s cancellation of the DOJ’s “China Initiative,” the Protect America’s Innovation and Economic Security from CCP Act, and his work in Wisconsin manufacturing. He also talks about the further solutions to make sure China is held accountable and abides by world trading rules.
