Johnson ad features Joseph Project

From the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel:

U.S. Republican Sen. Ron Johnson is up Wednesday with a new statewide television and digital ad that focuses on the Joseph Project, his initiative to connect people in Milwaukee with jobs in Sheboygan.

Johnson and  Pastor Jerome Smith of the Greater Praise Church of God in Christ discuss the program.

“There are 80- to 100,000 jobs going unfilled in Wisconsin, and yet you have all these high levels of unemployment in the inner-city of Milwaukee. The Joseph Project’s goal and mission is to make those connections,” Johnson says.

“We have Ron Johnson giving back to the community, and giving back to the people of Milwaukee,” says one of the program participants, Michael Bradley.

Johnson is in a re-match race with Democrat and former three-term U.S. Sen. Russ Feingold.
