Ron Johnson Launches Statewide Construction Coalition

Coalition has more than 100 members statewide including Builders’ Millwork in Mondovi, Royal Construction in Eau Claire, and Northwest Builders in Rice Lake

Ron Johnson launched his statewide Hard Hats for RonJon Coalition today in Eau Claire at a job site of Royal Construction, where he met with members of the statewide coalition and discussed the importance of construction work in local communities. The coalition has more than 100 members statewide and six members on the leadership team who will advise Ron on issues affecting the construction industry and help mobilize voters to further strengthen the best-in-the-nation ground game built by Wisconsin Republicans.

“As a manufacturer from Oshkosh, I’ve seen first-hand on how important the men and women in hard hats are to building a prosperous economy,” said Ron Johnson. “The construction industry is laying the foundation for strong local communities and providing good-paying jobs for folks around the state. I look forward to working with this coalition to help get Washington out of the way of a better economy, and mobilizing voters who are ready for greater opportunity.”
