From the Racine Journal Times:

A U.S. Senate hearing Wednesday on the Zika virus featured testimony from SC Johnson Chairman and CEO Fisk Johnson.

SC Johnson has been active in the fight against the mosquito-borne Zika virus, increasing production of its OFF! mosquito repellent and donating thousands of units.

Fisk Johnson spoke in front of the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, which is chaired by U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis.

“I was honored to have the opportunity to discuss our Zika efforts with the senators,” Fisk Johnson said in a statement. “The people of SC Johnson are committed to continuing to help protect families from the mosquitoes that may carry Zika. We have provided donations, educational materials and stepped up our global production to meet this threat in the U.S., Latin America and wherever it may continue to pose a challenge.”
