#RonOnTheRoad: Green Bay, Door County & More

It was a beautiful weekend for traveling the Green Bay and Door County areas – and that’s just what Ron and Jane did!

Building on his 50 public events in August and the first week of September, Ron spent time with grassroots supporters, visited local businesses and held a town hall on Saturday. Everywhere he went, Ron heard how much Wisconsinites value independent leadership, Wisconsin common sense and conservative solutions.

Check out these highlights from another #RonOnTheRoad weekend:

It was great to see so many grassroots supporters out with local Republican leaders, State Sen. Frank Lasee and State Rep. John Macco for Super Saturday at the Republican Party of Wisconsin Green Bay field office! Ron thanked them and took questions before touring the new Brown County Republican Party headquarters.

Ron was glad Jane could join him on his travels Saturday, which included stops at two small businesses – Wilson’s Restaurant & Ice Cream Parlor in Ephraim and Door County Coffee & Tea Co. in Sturgeon Bay – and a public town hall with local residents in Kewaunee.

That evening, dozens of Door County residents joined Ron in Sturgeon Bay, where he had a lively conversation and took questions on federal spending, the bad Iran deal and numerous other issues – including the dysfunction in Washington he’s fighting against.
