Ron Johnson and his wife, Jane, made five stops in the Green Bay and Door County area today, including visits to small businesses, a town hall and gatherings with grassroots supporters.
At each event, Ron discussed his commonsense, conservative reforms to create jobs with a robust private sector economy, get the national debt and reckless spending under control and protect our national security.

- Green Bay – Ron started his day with grassroots supporters at the Republican Party of Wisconsin’s Green Bay field office, thanking them for their support and taking questions from the crowd on federal spending, national security and other issues. He also visited the Brown County Republican Party’s new headquarters.
- Small Business Stops – Next Ron visited Wilson’s Restaurant & Ice Cream Parlor in Ephraim, then the Door County Coffee & Tea Co. in Sturgeon Bay. Ron spoke with local business owners and customers, getting a closer look at the local economy in northeast Wisconsin.
- Kewaunee – Ron held a public town hall with local residents in the afternoon at the Kewaunee Town Hall. He discussed his commonsense conservative reforms and took questions on a range of issues.
- Door County GOP – Ron’s last event for the day will be the Door County GOP gathering at a Door County restaurant, the Sturgeon Bay Yacht Club. Ron will greet grassroots supporters, listen to their concerns and discuss the commonsense conservative reforms he and other Republicans are proposing.
