U.S. Senator Ron Johnson was in Ozaukee, Kenosha and Racine counties on Saturday, attending county fairs and making stops with U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan and Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus to listen to the concerns of local residents. Note to the curious: Yes, Ron did participate in the Racine County Fair’s goat milking contest.
Details on the stops in all three counties below:
- Ozaukee County – Ron attended the Ozaukee County Fair in Cedarburg in the morning, taking in the sites, visiting the Ozaukee County GOP booth and talking with local families and other fair-goers. (See photo.)
- Kenosha County – After the fair, Ron headed to the Starlite Club in Pleasant Prairie for the Kenosha County GOP picnic with Paul, Reince and other local Republicans. Paul, Reince and Ron all spoke, after which supporters sat down for lunch. (See photo.)
- Racine County – Ron and Paul travelled next to the Racine County Fair. Ron walked around the fairgrounds talking with fair-goers, stopped by the Racine County GOP booth to visit with local Republican volunteers and took part in the goat milking contest. (See photo.)
