Thank You

As you may have seen, my lawsuit against this administration’s executive overreach was dismissed by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin on Monday. This means that the merits of our case will not be heard in court because they do not believe that we have the legal right to challenge this administration’s unconstitutional overreach.

While I’m disappointed in the decision, I want to assure you that I will continue to stand up for our Constitution. I will continue to fight to uphold the rule of law. And I will continue to work tirelessly for the people of our great state and nation.

I also want to personally thank you for all of your support through this process. We’ve had over 100,000 people sign our petition in support of this lawsuit in addition to the 45 members of Congress and countless public policy organizations who rallied behind us! Regardless of the decision in court, I am humbled by and grateful for your support, and I am encouraged to know that so many Americans are willing to stand up for what is right.

While we’ve lost this battle in court, we have by no means lost the war. We will continue to move forward in our effort to return sanity, fairness, and justice to government on behalf of the American people. We’re in the process of reviewing the decision with our attorneys, and we will keep you posted in the coming days as we determine our next steps.

So again, thank you.

Onward!

Ron
